Read the following passage and answer the question.
There is no better day other than Sunday. During weekdays, I work so tirelessly that I have less quality time with myself and my family. In the morning, I usually go to the gym to do more exercise. I also join a meditation club to reconnect with my best friends. I can get fewer negative thoughts by doing it once a week.
As soon as I'm home, I would help my mother with the cooking. We both enjoy making healthy food so she would spend more money to buy organic groceries. After helping out in the kitchen I finally have more time to read some books. I like reading novels and Paulo Coelho's stories get my most attention recently. Sometimes, there are more activities that I do for fun like practicing my piano and painting. Art gives me so much peace before starting my busy routine on Monday.
Why does the writer think that there is no better day other than Sunday?
